More scandals

Märpel reported about the financial study and how it is based on false assumptions, but in the mean time another document was issued by the Staff Committee and then Märpel found a third document distributed in the canteen. It seems that the financial study is a huge hoax. One might wonder why...
Possibly the Council might not be impressed by the financial study. In any case, the members of the budget and finance committee were not impressed by the pharaonic building refurbishing projects and gave a negative opinion. Will that be enough?

In the mean time http://epostaff4rights.org also published a document, this time about reporting. In a nutshell: staff is working harder than ever and getting the lowest performance ratings ever, with over 500 examiners being targeted for dismissal.
Performance ratings are somewhat linked to salary raises, bonuses and promotions (if your boss likes you) and staff may here as well prepare for a bad surprise. Promotions are normally announced in June. It is only a rumor, but Märpel heard that the rewards exercise may be delayed this year. Directors will not be nominated before the end of this year. Vice-President Steve Rowan apparently said that examiners were paid far too much and that he wanted their career to end before grade G12.

The rewards exercise is already delayed. No announcement on the bonuses for the performance of 2018 has ever been made. Yes, you read it right. For 2018, and we are now in June 2019! The figures were obviously available in December 2018 and bonuses could have been paid in December 2018, like everywhere else, or in January 2019, but neither HR under the sublime Elodie Bergot, not the top management under Campinos have done anything about it.

Nor do they care.
Allegedly 2/3 will receive something, but rumours have it that the COOs have cut that down to less than half of "eligible" employees will receive something.
They are noticing the breakdown of the current "rewards" system, and are giving it a big push over the cliff.

Also, the delayed payout and the interest on that money awards to something already. It's prudent management...

There are rumors of bigger scandals. Elodie Bergot is rumored to be Battistelli's illegitimate daughter he fathered when he was a student. Why do you think she got the huge promotion and not her husband who was Battistelli's personal assistant at the time? Why promote her at a higher grade than him? Because she was family and he was not.
Elodie Bergot was also the only one to get body guards in addition to Battistelli. Family business.

That is one scandal. There are more, concerning Topic and Petrovic, or Battistelli's career before patents, for example. Stay tuned...
